Refund Policy

Overview

DeepBrew sells digital software products — one-time purchase desktop applications. Because the core deliverable is a downloadable model file and a license key, we have a focused refund policy to be fair to both customers and to the project.

14-Day Refund Window

We offer a 14-day refund from the date of purchase if you are unable to get the Software working and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

To be eligible, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt email)
  • A description of the issue you are experiencing
  • The steps you have already tried to resolve it

We will attempt to resolve the issue first. If we cannot, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

  • After model download completes. Because the AI model file (~4–7 GB) is the primary deliverable and is consumed on download, refunds are not available once the download has successfully completed and the file has been verified.
  • Change of mind after the model file has been downloaded.
  • Hardware incompatibility you were aware of at the time of purchase. System requirements are clearly listed on the product page and FAQ. Purchasing without meeting the listed requirements does not qualify for a refund.
  • Starter→Pro Upgrade purchases are non-refundable once the Pro model download has been initiated, as the upgrade unlocks access to the larger model file.
  • Requests made after the 14-day window has expired, regardless of usage.

Hardware Requirements

Please review the system requirements on the Features page and the FAQ before purchasing. If you are unsure whether your hardware is compatible, contact us before buying and we will advise you.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 3–5 business days after approval, though this may vary by bank or card issuer.
