DeepBrew sells digital software products — one-time purchase desktop applications. Because the core deliverable is a downloadable model file and a license key, we have a focused refund policy to be fair to both customers and to the project.
We offer a 14-day refund from the date of purchase if you are unable to get the Software working and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 3–5 business days after approval, though this may vary by bank or card issuer.
